Priscilla Pizarro

New York, New York, 2011: Priscilla Pizarro, felt victim to lazy paperwork handling by NYPD in issuing paperwork allowing people to get their cars back after being impounded. Priscilla Pizarro, 25, did not get her car back till 3 months after the judge approved in allowing the car to be returned to her. Once she recieved the car back, there was significat damage caused while in the impound lot (including dents, switch battery) that Pizarro had to purchase a new car because her was beyond usable. Since Priscilla does not have her drivers liscense back, her older sister, Erica Pizarro 31, drives her around when she needs to go anywhere. Photos by Tiffany L. Clark
